Senior Living Community River Place Announces Maddie Branigan, New Executive Director

Senior living community River Place, located in Forsyth, is excited to announce Maddie Branigan as their new Executive Director.

Maddie is from Gray, Georgia, and moved to Forsyth in 2019. She and her husband Caleb have two children, Beau and Amelia. Maddie loves being with her family in her free time, enjoying a quiet night in or making memories together on a weekend adventure.

Maddie first came to River Place in January 2020 and has been a fixture in the community ever since. She has served both as a caregiver and as Assistant Executive Director prior to moving into the role of Executive Director. Her commitment to the residents of River Place shines brightly each day as she draws inspiration from her mom and dad, two highly dedicated nurses:

Being raised by two nurses, I saw firsthand what it meant to serve others with compassion, strength, and grace. I chose this field because I wanted to make a difference in the lives of others the same way I watched my parents do every day. It’s more than a job to me—it’s a calling.”

Maddie has been serving as the Executive Director of River Place since July 2025.
